Collin Hansen: Piper, Warren, and the Perils of Movement Building

April 23, 2010

You only thought junior high was over. But lately the evangelical blog world has been abuzz because John Piper invited Rick Warren to speak for his Desiring God National Conference, October 1–3, 2010. Why don’t you send the evangelical blog world over to my place: http://passionatereason.wordpress.com/

If you do not understand the words,
    click on the links,
if you are an honest being,
    soon,
something will click in your mind, and you will discover the link that binds us all –
    TRUTH.

    passionatereason,

Maybe you can give us a little hint as to how truth can be known. Your relativism is self-defeating.

A Every word is the truth.

A—>B If every word is the Truth, than those who deny that every word is the truth also believe the truth.

B=~A The belief that every word is the truth and belief that not every word is the truth cannot both be the truth. (Law of non-contradiction).

~A It is not the case that every word is the truth.

There is only one absolute Word of Truth, and that ma be found in the Holy Scriptures. Feel free to send fellow relativists over to my blog. Start with The Knowledge of God Part II
